This year's Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon was held on May 6, 2004 at Greentree Country Club.
Guest Speaker was Phil Watson who serves as the Executive Director of Drug Prevention Resources, Inc., a nonprofit drug education and prevention organization. He is recognized as a Certified Prevention Specialist. He has coached federal and state agencies on how they can involve the faith community in meeting the challenges for social change. He spoke on the history of drug use among teens and the parent / adult role in prevention.
